On the 28th of March 2015
when the Presidential election was conducted, President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan
could not be accredited using the card reader because it was not functioning.
Fast forward to 11th April
2015 in the course of the Governorship and House of Assembly Polls and the
President was accredited without a hitch.
Who says that INEC did not
sell a dummy to the President on the 28th of March???
