ABOUT SOYAPLUS

It is a known fact that most foods and drinks we consume in Nigeria are carbohydrates, sugar and fat based.

Examples of such foods and drinks include rice, pap, noodles, bread, biscuits, cookies, chocolates, cake, ice creams, yam, plantain, garri, amala, semovita, coke, fanta e.t.c.

It is with these in view that our Company decided to maximize the raw material we have in abundance in our clime called SOYA BEANS to make it edible and available as an alternative low cost protein source for our homes.

You may wish to know that on its own, soya beans cannot just be cooked and eaten like ordinary beans, this is as a result of the toxin that it contains, that toxin is a KILLER and if it is used removed before ingestion, it is very harmful to the body.

We have REMOVED THE TOXIN from soya beans (but still leaving the nutritional contents intact) by FERMENTATION and DE-TOXIFICATION and fortified the final product which we have called SOYAPLUS.

NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS – THE TRUTH YOU ARE NEVER TOLD

In the year 2000, one of my friends in the USA called me to talk to me about Network Marketing Business. It was actually my first time of hearing about it. He told me that it was an easy business to do as we do networking on daily basis as we direct friends and relatives to places and facilities we have used and felt satisfied with.

He told me that of all the business models available in the Network Marketing Business or Multi Level Marketing Business as it is otherwise called, the healthcare sector is the most lucrative and that as a Medical Doctor, I could make a “kill” by investing in that sector of the MLM Business. He kept on persuading me to join and then I allowed myself to be persuaded and so when Forever Living Products had their first seminar in Abuja in the year 2000, my wife and I signed up under him as our Sponsor (Upline as it is also called), and then he stopped calling.

We were quite hopeful that the products would receive wide acceptance by the public, but unfortunately, that was not to be. The products were quite costly and were not within the reach of the average man who might be in need of them and then to chase the big boys required a lot of protocol, so we ended up either using or giving away the products that we had purchased. We lost well over N120, 000.00 then.

Having been thus exposed, I looked out for other less expensive MLMs and so between 2000 and 2006, I signed up for Green World, took a look at GNLD, Tasly and Tianshi (but didn’t sign up). I didn’t notice much difference between Tasly, Tianshi and Green World – their products were all based on the same raw materials and then they also made them individually which though cheap but in combination were expensive again. For instance to treat Hypertension, one would need to swallow about 4 – 5 different products which individually were cheap but in combination were costly. That became an issue for us to detail those products to those who might need them.

In 2007 I signed up for Kedi Healthcare Industries. I noticed that though the products are of same raw materials with those of Green World, Tasly and Tianshi, but they compounded them meaning that instead of taking 4 – 5 products to treat hypertension for instance, one only needed to take just one product. This made compliance easy to achieve and also drastically reduced the cost. It was easier to detail this to the people who would need it than the former. Since then I have been with them.

Sometime in 2009, I signed up with Edmark, the person who talked to me about it told me that it was the best thing to happen to MLM Business. One weekend, I went to their office in Lagos and made myself a Manager with products worth over a million naira. The following week, Edmark left the MLM Business and became a hawker’s business. You could buy Edmark products on the streets at rock bottom price that left those of us who invested into the business with either selling at same rock bottom price less than we bought or having the products expire on our hands. We chose the former and lost huge sum of money.

Since then Syntec Global, AIM Global, OrganoGold, Vemma have all landed in Nigeria and many more are on their way.

Of all these, I find Kedi Healthcare very simple and easy to buy into and deal with. With Kedi, you are not under any pressure to buy, you do not have to meet up any minimum monthly PV to remain in business, there is no autoship, you do your business whenever it is convenient for you and you register only once for life.

Now here are the TRUTHS NOBODY EVER TOLD YOU about MLM Business

1. The person who introduces you to the business would not let you rest until you sign up and as soon as you do that, you are now on the periphery of his or her list because there are others to chase too. So you are on your own and thus have to master the business with some tutorial from him or her.

2. Every compensation plan has its own merits and demerits – there is no perfect compensation plan. So don’t be fooled by the claims that you could become a millionaire the next day – it’s only a HYPE meant to bring you in. Every compensation plan has its own catch somewhere afterall the owners of the business are not charity Organization, they are in a for-profit business.

3. In marketing their businesses, each MLM sends out her best foot forward. They use the names of popular individuals as having endorsed their products and they also use persons who have “achieved success” in their business to lead their seminars. Such persons paint a glorious picture of the MLM Business without giving a background of how they made it to the “top”

4. For every one person who made it to the top in any MLM Business, there are thousands who dropped out and could not continue and another set of thousands who are clawing up.

5. Just like any other physical business, MLM Business requires loads of hard work for success to be achieved. You have to attend countless seminars and training sessions, you have to talk to countless number of persons, you have to make phone calls, send emails, send text messages to bring in people into the business. Most times you make enemies out of your original friends.

6. For you to earn money in MLM Business – you have to SELL SOMETHING – that is why it is also called Direct Selling Business. There must be a physical product to be sold. If anybody tells you that you can make it in MLM Business without making sales – s/he is only being economical with the truth.

7. You need LOADS OF PATIENCE to succeed in MLM Business. Some persons try to paint the picture of the MLM being an effortless way to riches, nothing can be farther from the truth. The rigours of MLM Business require that you develop a thick skin to wade through the interlocked junctions on your way to success

Be that as it may, however, Network Marketing Business (Multi Level Marketing Business) is a veritable vehicle for making some good bucks but you have to invest your time, energy, resources and even your person.
